01The service
EtnoJourney, operated by [Company name], offers bookings for cultural journeys guided by local communities. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
02Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
03Bookings and prices
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah per person and recalculated by the system when the booking is made. Bookings must be made at least 3 days before the travel date and are subject to tour capacity. A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
04Conduct during the trip
Guests must follow their guide's directions and local customary rules. Hosts may end the participation of guests who break those rules or endanger others, without a refund.
05Reviews
Reviews can only be written for completed trips, once per booking. We may hide reviews containing hate speech, other people's personal data, or content unrelated to the trip.
