Itinerary
Day 1
Crossing to Samosir
09:00 ferry from Ajibata to Tomok, walk through Tomok village and market, afternoon at Huta Siallagan, overnight on Samosir.
Day 2
Rumah bolon and gorga
Morning on rumah bolon architecture and carving with the guide, shared lunch, ferry back to Ajibata around 15:00.

Getting there
The closest airport is Silangit (Sisingamangaraja XII), about 1–1.5 hours from Parapat. From Kualanamu Airport near Medan it is about 4–5 hours by road to Parapat. Ferries from Ajibata or Parapat to Tomok or Ambarita on Samosir take roughly 30–60 minutes.
